N. Todd Wickersty
Founder
Todd Wickersty has 15 years of management, marketing, information technology, and business development experience from major corporations, startups, and the public sector. This experience was earned in a variety of exciting industries: Music, Sports, e-Commerce, IT consulting, and Telecommunications.
Todd developed a strong track record in project management, business process re-engineering, and requirements analysis at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and America Online. AOL promoted Todd in 2001 after he successfully managed multiple requirements and change management efforts for the company's online advertising and reporting systems. Later that year, Todd moved to Charlottesville, Virginia and joined music industry startup, Musictoday, where he gained further experience in web and eCommerce technologies. Within his first six months, Todd was promoted to Project Management Director and eventually led Musictoday's online fan club business.
Todd's strong management background evolved from various positions in the professional sports and collegiate athletics industry. From 1993 through 1998, Todd worked for the PGA TOUR, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and Virginia Tech while earning his MBA degree. At UTC, Todd coordinated the 1996 NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championships, which was Tiger Woods' last collegiate event.
H. Graham Blevins
Partner | Director of Technology
Graham has over eight years of information technology and management experience from work in the IT consulting, retail, and service industries. Graham brings to Business Bullpen a strong background in application development and data management solutions.
Prior to Business Bullpen, Graham was responsible for leading development projects with data management pioneers, Data Blueprint. His work with Data Blueprint led to a publication on data quality for MIT's 2006 International Conference on Information Quality and a nomination for the Greater Richmond Technology Council's 2006 IT Builders award.
Graham holds degrees in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University and Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech.
Matt Walters
Developer
Matt has over five years of experience in database and web application development in the service, non-profit, and business to business fields.
Prior to Business Bullpen, Matt managed a team of Web Developers for RightMinds, an advertising agency. While there, he primarily worked on the back-end of websites utilizing his database and desktop application coding experience from the past to achieve desired results for the user interface. Recently however he has started moving more into the UI realm, utilizing JavaScript and AJAX to allow for better performance out of the back-end systems.
Matt holds certifications as a CompTIA A+ Certified Professional and as a Microsoft Certified Professional.
Wyndsor Hug
Designer
Wyndsor Hug has over 10 years experience providing design solutions in traditional print media and over 8 years working in web and UI design.
Prior to working with Business Bullpen, Wyndsor worked with music industry startup, Musictoday, in Charlottesville, Virginia for 6 years. In 2000, she was promoted to become the company's first Art Director and 4 years later was promoted to Creative Director where she served until leaving the company. While at Musictoday, Wyndsor developed, implemented, and led the creative vision and brand of the company helping to build a base of over 500 clients in 6 years. Since leaving Musictoday, she has worked as a freelance designer and consultant. In addition to her work for Business Bullpen, Wyndsor has worked in a variety of industries for clients including Dave Matthews Band, ATO Records, AutoMax, Food Network and pro bono work for the School District of Philadelphia as well as Charlottesville, Virginia non-profits, Piedmont CASA and Community Children's Theatre.
Wyndsor comes from a traditional art and design background and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from the University of Texas at Austin. She has won awards for both her print and web design solutions.
Eleanor Kuhl
Sales / Account Manager
Eleanor joins Business Bullpen with 10 years experience in project management, information technology, and client relations.
Eleanor started her career in San Francisco as a Merchandise Planner for Gap, Inc. She was promoted to join a small team that launched Gap’s first e-commerce site in 1998 and stayed within Gap’s e-commerce division as a Producer for another 2 years, launching Old Navy and Banana Republic’s first e-commerce sites. With Gap, Inc. Eleanor gained tremendous experience working with multiple teams and managing large projects in a corporate setting.
In 2000, Eleanor moved to Charlottesville, VA and joined start-up company, Musictoday, as Director of Project Management where she helped define business objectives, processes, and overall company strategy. Eleanor later became the client contact for all Dave Matthews Band related work at Musictoday, including merchandise sales, cd production, ticketing sales, distribution and accounting, as well as fanclub and website maintenance. Eleanor remained with Musictoday until 2005.
Working at Gap, Inc and Musictoday gave Eleanor valuable experience working with clients to define and communicate their goals and objectives.
Most recently, Eleanor took her experience in music and production to launch her own small business producing music for toddler-aged children. The music is available at www.minimastermusic.com, designed and programmed by Business Bullpen.
Eleanor now lives with her family in Atlanta, GA.
Eleanor graduated from University of Virginia in 1993 with a BA in Foreign Affairs.
